Private & Cosy Space To Relax
Cobblers Barn is private separate detached holiday accommodation within the grounds of Bastwick Tower, along with a pretty 16th-century thatched cottage and a four-storey 14th-century Grade II Listed Church Tower.
It offers a spacious and comfortably furnished home from home, with a secure private enclosed courtyard garden with seating furniture and a hot tub.
The old, converted barn has been sympathetically restored in 2022 with the bonus of high levels of insulation giving you a cosy space to relax and enjoy your holiday even in winter.

The Heart Of The Norfolk Broads
Tucked away down a country lane in the heart of the beautiful Broads National Park, you will find our barn in the tranquil Broadland village of Repps with Bastwick.
Just a 5-minute walk away, you will find an Indian takeaway, a Garage with a local convenience store, a playing field, a park, and a bus stop.
Nearby Potter Heigham just a 15-minute walk offers a post office and stores, two public houses, a tearoom, a cafe, Lathams department store, boat hire and great fishing opportunities.
There is also a village green to enjoy an ice cream, simply sit awhile and soak up the boating activity and wildlife.
There are many excellent walking and cycling opportunities available in the area, with miles of riverside and countryside walks available locally.
Local Wildlife & Stunning Surroundings
Enjoy your own peaceful setting here at Cobblers Barn, with all the local wildlife;
muntjac deer, hares, marsh harriers, swans, kestrels over the fields and Jackdaws nesting in the tower.
Or just enjoy the lovely views from the barn across open fields, beautiful sunsets, a gentle rural landscape dotted with ancient churches, wind pumps, sailing boats, among a myriad of other delights all under vast, arching East Anglian skies.
